On his www.ss7.dev website, scammer Vladimir offers illegal phone hacking and monitoring services to the general public without even hiding in the dark web (this is being done to broaden the target number of potential victims).
The fraud scheme used by scammer Vladimir is simple:
- he sets up a phishing website;
- he gives minimal information (some general description of the principles upon which his system works along with some fuzzy demo videos) to prove that he actually has what he offers;
- he promises he will instruct buyers on how to use the system AFTER purchase, only;
- prior to purchase, he refuses to give any proof of concept to single potential buyers;
- he puts up an online shop system where payments can only be made in Bitcoins to a Bitcoin address he shows you;
- once you pay, he will not deliver anything, take your Bitcoins and stop replying to your messages.
So we contacted the scammer at his email address vladimirss7@protonmail.com, and the scammer replies we need to register an account and order form his scam www.ss7.dev website:

This is the payment window with scammer Vladimir’s Bitcoin address:
a 1:30 hr timer starts after you confirm an order and scammer Vladimir requires you to send your Bitcoins before the timer reaches zero:
so we send the Bitcoins and the Bitcoins reach scammer Vladimir’s wallet before the timer reaches zero.
Note that there is a “check status” button to check payment status, however, it does not definitely work. So, we ask scammer Vladimir about the issue and he replies like this:
When scammer Vladimir tells you that if you do not pay before timer reaches zero, he is telling you another lie: there is absolutely no “return” of the money to the sending wallet, he only wants to make sure you do are making your payment.
Timer reaches zero after our Bitcoins have reached scammer Vladimir’s wallet and this is what we get:
So we contact scammer Vladimir via email asking about the issue:
and he stops responding.
Finally, we let scammer Vladimir know what we were actually interested in:
